"TERRIBLE SERVICE! We have been trying for over a year and a half to get a bill paid from a medical service due to a car accident. Here are the responses we get from Lisa Rich - All you want me to do is cut you a check and I won't do that. Then when we ask to speak to her supervisor, she tells us that her supervisor is the State of Michigan and to contact them. Lisa is HORRIBLE, RUDE, and at BEST UNPROFESSIONAL! I have seen the reply to this review and call it a complete LIE! That's not how you responded when you sent that horrible email this afternoon. We aren't asking you to pay our bill. We are asking you to assist us with the difficulties we are having in getting the claim paid. That is where you fail. You don't care to help and assist your clients. NOW you want to hand us off to another agent simply because we called you out. Your service is TERRIBLE!"

"If you're an international student or worker, please avoid this location. They have no interest in offering personalized attention and explaining what each insurance segment entails. It's Lisa's office, and she never responded to an email, even when Meah stopped responding. This is disrespectful and rude to others. Maddison took my case and was efficient but unfriendly. They made me feel like it was my fault for choosing something expensive. But to my surprise, I now have a better plan with another State Farm agent and pay three times less. Additionally, there were inconsistencies between the auto insurance payment amounts I received in the mail and the amounts sent to me as an online payment. I'm still resolving this issue. I decided to come to this office because of the good reviews, but in my experience, they weren't as good."
